We're a workout community for moms and moms-to-be. Pick a challenge, train when you can, and let the group keep you going.
Choose one of the five weekly challenges based on where your energy is. Feeling strong? Go for four workouts. Rough week? Two sessions still count. You decide.
You do your workouts whenever and wherever it fits. It could be a home workout, the gym, or a walk with the stroller. The workout is yours.

After each workout, log it in the Workout Log. The group cheers you on, and your streak starts building.
Finish your challenge, and the group celebrates with you. On Monday, a new challenge starts — a fresh week.
"I've really battled to find time for myself and I've missed feeling strong. Having a team of women who all 'get it' is so helpful."
"There are moments where I don't complete every workout, but instead of feeling guilty, I feel supported."
There are endless workouts out there. That's not the hard part. The hard part is actually getting them done. This space is different because you're not doing it alone. Your effort is seen. You're surrounded by women in similar stages, showing up in their own imperfect ways — and that shared momentum makes it much easier to keep going.
You don't have to. There's a mini challenge with two small sessions. There's a gentle option. Or you can focus only on the monthly team step goal we work toward together. And if you need a week off, you can simply hang out, cheer for the others, and come back the next week.
If you decide it was training, it counts. That might be a gym session. It might be a home workout. It might be a long stroller walk. Your body is changing, your life is changing — you get to decide what training looks like right now. If you showed up for yourself, that counts.
Strong Mama Club runs on Circle. You can use it on your computer or grab the Circle app on your phone.
Of course. You can stay as long as it feels good and leave whenever you need to.
When I got pregnant, I realized pretty quickly that training looks very different now. I'm tired in a new way and my sports bra fits weird. I didn't need a workout program telling me what to do. I needed someone to do it with.
So I built Strong Mama Club. Turns out a lot of women wanted the same thing. We do what we can, start over a lot, and keep each other going. I'd love for you to be part of it!
